“Services” – refers to music tuition, video content, curriculum delivery, teacher support, and access to online materials.

3. Scope of Service
Maestro Music Ltd provides:

Whole-class and small-group music tuition

Digital resources and EYFS curriculum support

Performance-based learning programmes

Online video lessons and teacher-led instruction
-
Access to content via our online platforms (e.g. Kajabi)
All services are tailored to align with the National Curriculum and Model Music Curriculum for England.

4. Intellectual Property
All content including video lessons, curriculum plans, audio files, written materials, branding, and supporting resources are the intellectual property of Maestro Music Ltd and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or reused without prior written consent.

5. Use of Website and Content

You may not use our materials for commercial gain or outside of the agreed school environment.

Unauthorised reproduction of lessons or training content is strictly prohibited.

User access may be revoked at any time if these terms are breached.

6. Fees and Payment

Payment terms for services are outlined in each Service Level Agreement (SLA) or school contract.

Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe (typically 14 days).

Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

7. Cancellations and Termination

Termination requires one full term’s notice in writing.

In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to suspend services without penalty.

8. Limitation of Liability
Maestro Music Ltd shall not be liable for:

Losses resulting from missed lessons due to school closures, strike action, or unplanned pupil absences

Indirect or consequential losses

Issues arising from technical limitations beyond our control
Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the value of the contract in question.

10. Safeguarding

All staff working with children are subject to Enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training.
